Ordered 2 meals delivery to secret harbour, one main was missing, tried calling multiple times with no pick up, so I drove to warnbro to get my partners meal, and they made the meal with a chips in it. I asked what the policy on this was, and he said “we would usually give you a refund if you called, but because you came back we can make it for you, and there’s a chips in there.” What’s the point of delivery?! I’m not one to complain but this isn’t the first time it’s happened there. Pay attention to your orders, especially if it’s delivery. I’ll be choosing more reliable options for delivery from now on.

Very tasty chicken . Sweet potato chips were a little soggy and ordered peri peri and got normal. Lady behind counter very courteous and friendly. Overall a good feed

Customer service is rare these days. But I never had any issues here at all. Instead always greeted with smile, no rush, friendly people, good vibe overall. Food is well done AND they do wipe cutleries after wash. That's why 5 out of 5! Nandos Warnbro, you guys are doing great!! Best in the City of Rockingham area.

As a Nando’s lover, I’ve visited Nando’s at least once or twice a week for the past 10 years. I definitely recommend Warnbro Nando’s. The customer service is very friendly and always professional. The quality of the product is exceptional. Out of all the Nando’s in Perth WA, it is my go to place. Edit* recently the sauce has been off. Moved to a different Nandos.Had been coming back in 2019 but recently, the sauce bottles had been cleaned with floor cleaner and the sauces tasted off. Always tasted like soap. Might not be now anymore but it really put me off from coming. :( want to come back but I'm scared. I go to Rockingham now.

My family has been coming here since the first week the store opened and have always been very happy with food and service. Last night we went about 5:30pm and aren't sure if we will go back. One girl I believe her name was Jenna was so rude! Instead of placing my daughter's plate on the table she basically slammed it on the table. I can't even say it was accidentally dropped otherwise I could understand. 2 of our meals were wrong so they were politely asked to fix, everyone has a bad day I get it but to top the experience off we felt like we were being watched and yes was not our imagination we were! 3 girls and a young boy were standing behind the heat lamp service staring at us! They didn't even look away as we looked back! I have to say if this is the type of staff this store is hiring these days then what was the best store above rockingham and baldivis they have lost some long time loyal customers!

Chicken doesn't taste the same as before... loved the flame grilled Chicken.But it would be ok. If they had Chicken in stock.
