We love to dine in at this Nandos. The music is wondeful and the staff very welcoming. The salad is lovely, the chicken is juicy, the chips a classic, and the haloumi was crispy. The cheesy pita is a wondeful small snack.

Worst customer service ever . Very uninterested staff showing no interest while taking the order. Did not give the drinks we ordered, had to drive back all the way for collecting the drinks. No signs of apology instead giggling at us for coking back. Please train the staff adequately to offer respect to customers. I wish that I can give zero star.

Food is most often consistently good, service can be a bit bumpy at times and it does get busy.Been coming here for years and it’s definitely one of the better spots for Nando’s.Update as of August 2022:Been away from Australia for a few years, and found it’s not the same. Not as well managed, the portions are a heap smaller especially the chicken, with my most recent supreme burger I actually couldn’t taste the chicken which was horrendously undersized in comparison to the bum. Don’t bother asking for extra spicy as you don’t get any seasoning and better off putting sauce yourself. Ooo and they don’t have vinegar anymore for some odd reason.

This is honestly ridiculous, my partner and I ordered food tonight at 6:45pm and had an estimate wait time of about 40 minutes, which is reasonable for what was ordered. What is not acceptable is we are still currently waiting for our food (8:20pm) we were not told about a longer wait no were we offered anything in return of waiting almost 2 hours!! The staff need to be more informative with the customers this is how you get complaints like this. I would post photos of the food but still haven’t received it yet.

This nandos is a joke, every time I order it takes almost 2hrs or I have items missing. Tonight we ordered and there were no chips with the meals. The staff need a better system in managing their takeaway orders, it is a mess in their and no wonder why they miss so many items and have so many incomplete orders sitting up on their bench. It really needs a manager/ senior staff overhaul or a review of how they can do things better because it’s not working.

I literally never do reviews but the service tonight was so bad it cannot be looked past, at 2pm I made an online order for 7pm collection , knowing that they get busy I was organised in advanced to ensure I got my order, in my opinion this was reasonable time given for them to organise and have my order prepped for a 7pm collection. It is currently 7:35pm and I am still awaiting for my pickup collection.I understand the staff is under stress, either put more staff on or don’t allow collection if you aren’t able to fulfil the order on time.Mother’s Day dinner is now late because I didn’t make it there on time because nandos didn’t make my order at the time requested! I’m so annoyed!

I am dining at Nando’s tonight and I ordered a whole chicken, chips, and a Greek salad. However, there are a few negatives that I want to mention. Firstly, the table tops are filthy, as can be seen in the attached photo. Secondly, the presentation was thoughtless. The chips were served on a separate plate, but it would have been more appealing if they were served on the same plate as our chicken, utilizing the space on the plate and using one less plate. Thirdly, there was only one small aperture to dispose of the napkins, and I had to ask where the rubbish bin was. Fourthly, the ketchup sauce bottles were empty and sticky, indicating that they needed a good clean. Fifthly, the hand washing soap dispenser in the toilet was empty, and there was no soap available to wash our hands. The toilet itself was also dirty, smelly, and disgusting. It was clear that it had not been cleaned in quite some time. Lastly, the salad arrived late, and we were already halfway through our chicken when it finally arrived. I had to ask for it several times. Additionally, the restaurant brought another Greek salad and fries at the end of our meal, even though we had only ordered them once. I believe this was a result of poor management, as our order was not properly recorded or communicated to the kitchen.On the positive side, there are a few things worth noting. Firstly, the Greek salad was fresh and appetizing. Secondly, the chips were hot and crisp. Thirdly, the ambiance was warm and family-friendly. Lastly, the staff were obliging. Moreover, the chicken didn't disappoint either, which is not surprising since it's Nando's we're talking about

Just want to say how dissapointed at how long I had to wait for my meal, I arrived and ordered at 6:20pm and received my meal at 6:58pm after being told a 15-20min wait. Nearly 40min wait for 1 burger and chips. That is not on. I heard multiple people besides me complaining amongst others how long their meals were taking.You guys need to have better management in that store. 40min for fast food" is nit good enough. I missed out on a family event due to how long you took.Will not be coming again"

Worst Nando’s ever. After waiting 40 minutes for me order, i get wrong sauce on me chicken,wrong size pita bread and instead of only sweet potato i get mixer off all sort off chips. No coordination with in the staff who ever is doing what ever.long queue of people waiting just to be served. Just disgusted with this particular Nando’s . Never going there ever again.

The wait time on takeaways is ridiculous. What is the point of having a pick up time if i have to wait 20-30 minutes past that to get the food. I can honestly count on 1 hand how many times i have got my food at the time im ment to. They are just lucky that the next closest nandos is malaga
