Poor customer service from the night shift staff today! One guy there seemed to be annoyed while serving us and my food was cold. But really appreciate the day staff always friendly and helpful.

Ordered delivery. After 1hr I rang the number given of the person delivering and was advised that the order had been left next to a black car somewhere in the car park. I have a white car.I don't understand why the delivery driver would leave it where he did when he had my unit number in the address. I tried to ring store but was unable to reach them. Left my number for a call back by support staff. No call back. Rang again and received message stating phone number suspended, try again shortly............ (?)So I go without food and am $27 out of pocket. Not happy!

Don't like being forced to go online to view menu and order through my phone when dining in. Go for the grilled chicken. Avoid their burgers unless you like cold and stale buns.

i pay mad respect for the workers there to provide us with good food but imma have to sook about this onewe asked for the seriously large peri-peri chips and ngl nandos chips not worth getting without the peri peri powder for me so asked for even more extra peri peri powder but what ive got at the end was just yellow dryass periperi-less chipsshow some mercy on the peri peri seasoning pls

It is a good place where you can have a smaller portion or healthier. You can have the grilled chicken with fresh salad or add fries, or various bowls packed with protein. There is a variety of sauces that you can add to your chicken or salad. They marinade the chicken and tastes really good. My order came out very quickly but on Sunday afternoon the place was not very busy. It is true that tables did not seem to be cleaned as fast as they should after the customers left and when they are busy the only choice is to sit at a dirty table.

Management need to pick up this Nandos standard. Burgers are often cold, zero warmth or customer service- no asking what sauce or bun you’d like if you forget to ask and just giving a cold soft bun and mild sauce, then plonks it on the table with no words or smile.Also the amount of times you come in to collect a takeaway order and they know you’re there but won’t call out the order just place it in the warming bay so you’ve got to keep checking with them or reading the name on the bag. Bring your glasses with you!
